Try Walking for Exercise
Are you tired of looking for the perfect exercise? Do you still have clothes hanging on your exercise bike
and treadmill at home? Do you complain when you cannot get your favorite parking spot at work? Did you
know that walking is a great physical activity and has many benefits? Consider these benefits.
W A L K I N G
- You can walk for a longer time that you can run.
- Walkers have a lower dropout rate than runners.
- Hardening of the arteries in the legs is lessened by walking.
- Walking is an effective way of managing excess weight and keeping it off.
- You do not need an instructor to show you how to do it.
- Walking is an excellent form of aerobic exercise.
- You can power walk, fitness walk, race walk, and even mall walk.
- Walking reduces blood pressure, improves overall circulation, and burns calories.
- Waling will help you feel and look younger.
- Walking takes no special or expensive equipment.
- You can walk even when you are out of town on vacation.
- Walking can be done at all ages.
- Walking will give you time to think and plan.
- You can walk with or without the family.
