Where Can Exercise Take You?
Just think of all the places exercise can take you. It can take you:
1. Walking
2. Hiking
3. Biking
4. Jogging
5. Kayaking
6. Canoeing
7. To waterfalls
8. To canyons
9. To rivers and streams
10. To mountains
Exercise can take you on a journey with infinite possibilities.
It can take you to a waterfall or a quiet paddling experience on some smooth water.
I read an article in the Sierra Magazine this past week that mentioned an interesting observation. They said that the average
American walks about 300 yards per day. No wonder that 70% of Americans are overweight and/or obese.
Remember, regular exercise takes:
Commitment
Time
and
Patience
This week make another commitment, take some time to exercise regularly, and exercise some patience. Improvement is just ahead.
