More Light, More Opportunities!
You have an extra three weeks to start your Spring Physical Activity Program. You have been waiting for more
sunlight in the afternoon and now you have it. More time, more opportunities to exercise!
More time to:
1. Take a walk on the beach.
2. Take a bicycle ride in the afternoon.
3. Take a kayak out for an hour.
4. Take a jog or walk in the neighborhood.
5. Take some time for yourself.
6. Take some time to work in the flower bed.
7. Take someone else for a walk or jog.
8. Take your kids to the park.
9. Take the time to exercise while your kids are at ball practice.
10. Take some time to be outdoors and enjoy nature.
Remember, don't wait until Saturday.
