Is It Time to Reboot?

On the front of my home computer I have a very important button.  It is small and silver.  I only use it when

everything else fails.  It is called the reset button.  I call it the "REBOOT" button.  When I have tried everything

I can think of and nothing works I push the reboot button.  It gives the hard drive a new start and allows all the

drivers to reload properly.  It runs smoother and faster and all the programs are back in order.  Now the computer

works like a new one.

How about your reset button?  Is is time to push your reset button?  Life can sometimes be very hectic, up and down,

back and forth and even sideways.  It is called STRESS!  We all have it.  Our careers, our families, our automobiles

and sometimes even our on health!  Here are a few ways you might push your reset button.

1.  Take a long weekend out of town.

2.  After you leave work do something else before you go home.

3.  Get back to your exercise routine.   It's a great way to reboot.

4.  Find a friend and sit at a park and talk for 30 minutes.

5.  Ask to leave work a few minutes early.

6.  Walk the mall without any money.  Watch people.

7.  Get a massage.

8.  Turn the TV off.

9.  Read a book.

10. Turn off the cell phone, the computer and sit outside and enjoy this nice Florida weather.

In extreme cases I have had to push the reset button two times in a row. You just might have to push your reset button

two times in a row also.  It just might get your hard drive a new start and align all your drivers.  Remember, don't wait

until Saturday!

I promised you a couple of pictures from our hiking trip to Oak Mountain.  Here they are.
