Get Ready, Get Set...Go?
How many times have you said, Today is the day, This is the week, This is the year, that I am going to take better
care of myself? Many people have fallen into this lifestyle trap. We all have good intentions. Sometimes life just gets in
the way. Somehow, somewhere, you have to make some time and then take the time to exercise. Just start walking.
1. Walking is free
2. Walking has a low equipment cost
3. You can walk by yourself
4. You can walk in a group
5. You can walk at the mall
6. You can walk the halls at work
7. You can walk when you go on vacation
8. You can walk the dog. I see people walking dogs everyday!
9. You can walk while your kids are practicing baseball and t-ball
10. Walking will help you tighten up and improve your circulation
All it takes is the 3 S's
1. A pair of shoes,
2. A pair of shorts,
3. A shirt.
It is just that simple. Get ready, get set, and go walk!
