What is in Your Exercise Bag?

Okay, you have finally decided to take on a regular exercise program.  That is great news.  You have your workout clothes

picked out and your are ready to exercise.  But wait, you might want to take a few extra items.  You probably have an extra bag

of some type laying around your house.   You might consider putting a few items in your exercise bag.  You will be glad

you did.

My Exercise Bag

1.  Towel

2.  A washcloth

3.  Sunscreen

4.  Something for a headache

5.  A dollor's worth of change

6.  A whistle

7.  A dry shirt and extra socks

8.  Chapstick

9.  Hand lotion

10. A sense of adventure

Take it from personal experience.  I have used all of these items at one time or another.  I take number 10 everytime I get out and exercise.  On Sunday, April 22, I ran the Trailblazer Trail Cross Country Run in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.  They claim that it is the hardest cross country run in Florida.  Every year I run it I belive it.  It is the hardest six miles that I have ever run.  Take a look at these pictures.
