Possible Side Effects...

Of a Healthy Life

When you receive a prescription drug from your drugstore there is an information sheet that is attached to the bag listing the possible side effects for taking your medication.  Those side effects usually range from something very mild to more complicated long term issues.  Then you have to decide, under your doctor's supervision, about taking your medication.

Thing about what the medical community has been telling us for years about our current physical activity level.  They are telling us that we need sixty minutes of physical activity per day.  There are "Possible Side Effects" for not taking care care of ourselves.  A few of those include:

1.  High blood pressure

2.  Excess weight gain

3.  Lack of energy and enthusiasm

Now consider the "Possible Side Effects" of living a Healthy Lifestyle.  A few of those can include:

1.  Lower blood pressure

2.  Weight under control

3.  More energy and enthusiasm

4.   This list can go on and on...

This week start taking better care of yourself so that you can increase your "Possible Side Effects."  Take it a step at a time and a day at a time.
