It's simple.
Pay attention this summer to the weather conditions, the lifeguards, and your hydration level. The high heat and humidity can cause heat camps, heat exhaustion and even heat stroke. Heat exhaustion and heat stroke are medical emergencies! The lifeguards are there for your safety and protection.
It's simple.
Cut back on TV and take a late afternoon bike ride or walk and combine it with a picnic. If you live in the Pensacola area Bayview Park has a walking/jogging trail and a place to slip in a kayak or canoe with plenty of shade for a picnic.
It's simple.
Wear your sunscreen, your sunglasses, wear shoes near the water, and ride with a bike helmet.
It's simple.
Take a sense of adventure with you and make memories.
