It's Time to Take a Break...
If you work in the education field and receive the Wellness Tip of the Week 2.0 it is that time of the year to take a break.
Taking a break can help restore
Your energy,
Your enthusiasm, and
Your creativity.
Many people boast about working year around, long hours with no type of break or vacation. During your time off consider including regular exercise as a part of your plan.
1. Take a hike
2. Ride a bike
3. Play tennis
4. Try yoga
5. Use your spa membership
6. Take up walking
7. Borrow a kayak
8. Walk the beach
9. Try swimming some laps
10. Have some FUN!
When you get back from your break you can still include some of the items in this list as a part of your regular daily life.
It can open a whole new adventure for you. Please, don't wait until Saturday.
