Take Caution in the Heat!
If you live in Florida you have been aware of the extreme heat and humidity. You might
consider cutting back on the frequency, intensity and the amount of time you are exercising
during this time of the year. Even though the sun might be going down it is still extremely hot!
Take extra caution and be aware of heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Heat exhaustion
heat stroke are medical emergencies!
Consider:
1. More water activities
2. Exercising later or earlier in the day
3. Changing your routine and exercising indoors
