Take "One Step" Towards Wellness

As you know "Wellness" encompasses many areas of our lives. Wellness encourages us to take a look at the mental,
physical, social and spiritual part of our lives. Sometimes it can be overwhelming. Consider one area of your life and
then commit to taking small steps toward your personal improvement in that area.
Take "One Step" towards:
1. Your exercise routine
2. Reading a book
3. Turning off the TV
4. Going to bed on time
5. Getting up a few minutes early
6. Encouraging a colleague
7. Filling someone's bucket
8. Taking a swim
9. Trying something new
10. Learning a new skill
When you begin to take small steps you will see improvement. Small improvements can leadto big improvements. Make
the time and take the time to take "One Step" toward improvement.
