What Can You Do In 30 Minutes?

Some people say they only have 30 minutes a day to exercise.  In 30 minutes you can...

1.  Bike 3-5 miles

2.  Walk the hallways after your students leave for the day

3.  Use a stretch band

4.  Track your steps with a pedometer

5.  Sit in a chair and do some light stretching

6.  Turn off the TV and do something else

7.  Walk on your treadmill at home (take the clothes off it first)

8.  Try some yoga

9.  Do some walking in the pool

10.Stop, think about it, decide and then try something physical!
