Add Exercise To Your List

 

We make a list for just about everything these days.  We make out a to do list for work, after work, for the grocery store. The list just keeps going on for different to things to do in our lives. List on paper, list on our computer, list on our PDA, list in a day timer and even on the cell phone. 

If you are having trouble with scheduling your exercise time just put it on your to do list.  Put it on every to do list you make.  It might just start sinking in.  It might just be the best "to do" thing you ever do.
