You Don't Have to Change Everything..
to live healthier, just change something.
I found a very interesting web site this week called Changesomething.org. The three main parts of the web site included
why, how, and share. It is sponsored by the Kansas Health Foundation.
And you can do the same thing. Just start by changing one little thing. Change;
If often takes about six weeks to start or stop a habit. It doesn't happen overnight. It's all about working towards a healthier body and healthier mind one small change at a time.
