Yellow caution ribbons like this are frequently seen around construction sites and safety hazards.
They are telling you to stay out for your personal safety.
The Wellness word for the week is CAUTION.
I encourage you to take a look at your wellness habits and see if you need to use caution.
Use Caution;
1. Watching too much TV
2. Not taking your afternoon walk
3. Not using your home exercise equipment
4. Not reading for enjoyment
5. Not keeping your Dr's appointment
6. Not getting enough sleep
7. Not listening to your body (it gives signals!)
8. Not keeping up your garden
9. Not working on a hobby
10.Not getting enough fresh air
The next time you see a yellow caution ribbon take a moment to reflect on your Wellness habits and see how you check-up. It is like changing your oil filter on your car. You need to do it on a regular basis for the engine to run smoothly and efficiently. Keep your engine running with a new oil filter this week.
