Which Way are You Headed?

I shall never forget my first compass. It was given to me as a gift for feeding my neighbor's cat while they were on vacation. I still have it. The best thing about a compass is that it will always point you North. No matter what direction you are standing it points North. No matter how far off course you go you can still find North.
Which way is your Wellness Compass pointing? Is it pointing towards a wellness lifestyle or have you slipped off course lately?
Making a mid-course direction can be made at anytime. You might have to stop and evaluate your current position. Then start
taking small steps to get back on true North. Take small steps towards;
Take a look at your compass and check your wellness direction. Make small adjustments and get back heading in your best direction. True North! Don't wait until Saturday.
