You Can't Store It for Very Long

We store a lot of things.  We even build on to our homes and rent lockers to store the things we need.  But there

is one thing you cannot store and that is EXERCISE.  It would be nice if we could then you would only have to exercise

once a week.  The positive effects of exercise begin to diminish after nine hours.  That is the reason we need to exercise

often to receive benefits.  You have heard of the weekend athlete.  It just doesn't work.  Your exercise routine should

be enjoyable, fun, and something you look forward to.  Find something you haven't done in a long time and try it.

Try;

1.  Taking a hike

2.  Riding a bike

3.  In-line skating

4.  An exercise class

5.  Kayaking or canoeing

6.  An exercise bike

7.  A treadmill

8.  A stretch band

9.  A walk in the mall (without shopping :)

10. Turning off the TV, unless you are using an exercise video

 

Make Exercise a Treat and not a Treatment!
