Do You Feel Like This Sometimes?
Have you ever felt like this boathouse that I found not too long ago while kayaking? Sagging, dragging, with low energy, and
not much support. Regular exercise can help you with your dragging, sagging and low energy. Overnight? No. It takes time and patience and in not too many weeks you will feel better with more energy and a better outlook on life. This time of the year it is usually cold, rainy and dreary. Exercise can help cure those blues. Don't make resolutions, make commitments. Just think, Spring
will be here shortly.
Take the opportunity to find a different place, a different exercise, or a different time, to exercise this week.
