How Deep Is It? My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Glacier National Park in White Fish, Montana. As we are driving up the mountain to the Continental Divide at Logan's Pass we took this picture. You can barely see the sign because the snow was so deep. Some "things" pile up in our lives and we just can see over the dashboard. It's happened to me also. What can you do? 1. Let the snow melt but that takes too long. 2. Stop. Get out. Take a look. 3. Ask for Help Sometimes we use the excuse of "the pile" of things in ours lives for not exercising. What can you do? 1. Stop! Some of "it" can wait! 2. Tell "them" you have an appointment. (to exercise) 3. Ask someone to help you so that you can have the time to exercise. Click here to return to the Wellness Tip of the Week 3.0.
