Once in a while you need to refresh.
In the Internet world there are several pages I visit regularly. Even though they are stored for easy access you need to refresh them so that you can be updated. It is the same way in our Wellness world. We get caught in a rut with the same routine day in and day out. Click your refresh button and see what happens.
There are many choices you can make.
- Get a massage.
- Go to the beach.
- Try a different exercise.
- Try to exercise at a different time of the day.
- Exercise for 5 days in a row then take a day off.
- Exercise for 10 minutes longer.
- Get outside, even in the cold weather. (I know what your mother told you!)
- Stretch while watching TV.
- Ask to leave work a little early and do something just for yourself.
- Go fishing.
- Find a place to go for an adventure walk.
- Find a wide open space to walk, talk and exercise.
