Wellness Tip of the Week 3.0 Wellness Tip of the Week 3.0 Wide Open Spaces After all these years I have finally figured it out. I really enjoy exercising in wide open spaces. We are confronted with tight spaces and close places all day long. Most people work inside a building, in a small room, and some people don't even have a window. There's the traffic, everywhere you go! Even though I work outside I long to get away from the noise and the crowded place we call work. My wife and I went kayaking a couple of weeks ago and we found some new wide open spaces. Just the blue sky and the calm water and some real quiet time. The next time that you feel confined find an open wide space to exercise, think, and relax. Oh, they are there. You might have to drive a few miles to find one, but the drive will be nice too.
