You Cannot Buy Fitness! In our day and age money will just about buy anything. Money is what makes our economy survive. It provides a means for us to purchase the needs and wants for everyday living. But, money will not buy fitness. Think about it. Many people invest money in fitness equipment and/or fitness spas thinking that will make them fit. It just doesn't work that way. How many of you use your home fitness equipment to hang clothes on? Do you realize if everyone showed up at the fitness center that had paid for it they wouldn't have the room for you? If fact, the fitness centers are banking on you not showing up in about six months.
What can you buy? 1. A nice pair of tennis shoes to exercise in. 2. A nice pair of walking shorts to walk in . 3. A nice hat to keep the sun out of your eyes. 4. A nice tennis racquet to team up with a partner. 5. A nice workout bag and towel to take with you. 6. A nice kayak to explore exciting places. 7. A nice bicycle to get yourself out of the house. 8. A nice helmet for your bicycle. 9. A nice pair of hiking shoes to explore with on your next out of town trip. 10. A nice fanny pack to take your stuff with you. These items will not get you fit either, but they can help you achieve a better fitness level if you are really interested in achieving a healthier you. You have what it takes. 1. You have Strength! 2. You have Determination! 3. You have Discipline! S t a r t U s i n g I t ! The following pictures were taken in Death Valley, California. They are some of my favorite. All it took was; A pair of inexpensive hiking shoes, A fanny pack with some water and snacks, A light jacket, And a sense of adventure!
