Wellness Tip of the Week 3.0 Wellness Tip of the Week 3.0 In Just One Hour It is getting to be the time of the year when it can be enjoyable to exercise outside. Daylight savings time started this week. Hopefully the weather is getting warmer where you live. The reason I say that is because some people that receive the Wellness Tip of the Week live in Japan along with many who live in northern states. Just give it a few more weeks and hopefully it will stop snowing up there also. Like my mother told me on many occasions, "Get Outside!" In just one hour think what you can do or where you can go. In just one hour I took my kayak to Bayou Texar in Pensacola, Florida, and took a few pictures, enjoyed nature and worked on my upper body strength. In just one hour! 60 minutes of kayaking in Bayou Texar, Pensacola, Florida If you don't have one hour try 30 minutes. Take: 1. A 30 minute walk. 2. A 30 minute stretch. 3. A 30 minute stationary bike ride. 4. A 30 minute beach walk. 5. A 30 minute bike ride in the neighborhood. 6. A 30 minute TV video workout. 7. A 30 minute workout in the flower bed. 8. A 30 minute raking activity. 9. A 30 minute cleanup in your house. 10. A 30 minute time by yourself with no phone, no computer and no TV! Oh, Be Different!
