Wellness Tip of the Week 3.0
Leaving Exercise Out is Not an Option! Life is a lot about choices! We make many choices everyday. One choice you should try to make everyday or every other day is about your exercise habit. You have many choices when it comes to being physically active. You can make the choice to; 1. Walk 2. Jog 3. Bike 4. Swim 5. Hike 6. Kayak 7. Dance 8. Do Aerobics 9. Exercise at home with stretching, yoga, treadmill and/or an exercise bike. 10. Do nothing. Spring Break is coming up for a lot of people. If you get the opportunity to go out of town for a few days find a place to hike or bike or kayak. I start with an Internet search of the city and then find a park, a hiking trail or a place to rent a bicycle that is not too far away. I also check www.railtrails.org. These trails are converted railroad tracks for walking, hiking, and biking. Click here to find their website. If you ride a bike, I beg you to wear a bike helmet! Here are a few pictures of Kaispell, Montana. We had the opportunity to visit Glacier National Park and the surrounding area a few years ago. What a hike and what a view!
