Try Something Different? If your exercise program has hit a rut try something different. If you are tired of the same old routine try something different. If you need to add some variety to your exercise program try something different. Two weeks ago I tried something different. On a nice, cool, Thursday night the moon was full and it was 9:00 pm. I got my bicycle with my helmet and a light jacket. I took a ten mile moon light bike ride. What fun! Even though I had a light on my bike I really didn’t need it. I am fortunate to have a one mile loop in our neighborhood with no major streets. The moon provided all the light I needed. It was quiet and peaceful. I can’t wait to see if it works out next month. A moon light bike ride might not be an easy activity for you to try. But, you can try something different.
Try;
I found out many years ago if you try things on a small level first you can gain confidence a little at a time. Then you can do things you thought you could never do. You can places you never thought you could go and you can experience life like you never expected. Start small. Ten years ago I would have never tried white water rafting. My white water rafting trip to South Carolina was one of the most exciting physical experiences that I have ever had. But remember, I started small. I learned to ride a bike down a hill with no chain! Start small.
