Your body is like a storage battery. If you keep going and going and going you will soon run out of energy. When your level gets to zero you stop. Your car works on the same principle and the alternator puts electrical current back into the battery. If you don't replace the energy you will begin to run sluggish and have that run-down feeling. How do you recharge your battery? It takes four main elements. 1. Learn to relax 2. Include regular exercise 3. Get enough rest 4. Practice good sleep habits Think about it. All four of these elements are equally important. It is hard to leave one out of the big picture. By practicing these four habits on a regular basis you can begin to put energy back into your system and feel better and have a more positive outlook on your life.
