Exercise Can Help!

Regular physical activity can help you in many areas of your life. 

It can help reduce and handle stresssssssssssssssssssssssssss!

It can help control your weight.

It can help your circulation.

It can help improve your mood.

It can help your flexibility.

It can help you overall muscle strength.

It can help your blood pressure.

It can help your creativity.

It can help you sleep better.

It can help your brain function.

It can help you to become a more effective learner.

Regular Physical Activity has helped me with all the above areas in my life and it can help you!

 

You have a lot of choices about regular physical activity.

1.  Try swimming,

2.  Try walking,

3.  Try your treadmill or exercise bike,

4.  Try cutting back on TV,

5.  Try eating a little earlier in the afternoon and exercise before dark,

6.  Try riding a bicycle with helmet,

7.  Try inline skating,

8.  Try yoga,

9.  Try a free pass at a workout center,

10. Try something new!

Regular Physical Activity is a Choice! You choose to exercise or not.  Make the choice today to begin to include regular physical activity into your daily

routine and lifestyle and soon it will become a habit.  Try for six weeks, at least three times a week, for 30 minutes at a time.  Just see what begins to happen.

You just might be surprised!
