Weekend Fitness Club

Students and Parents

     You are invited to participate in the Weekend Fitness Club.  This club gives your family a chance to 
participate together or by yourself on some fitness related activities.  The purpose of the Weekend Fitness 
Club is to encourage you to participate in Physical Fitness activities at home during the weekend.  
You can print this sheet now and get started. 

     Choose at least one activity for Saturday and one for Sunday.  Write in the number of minutes that you completed 
for that activity.  Limit biking, walking, jogging and skating to 45 minutes.  Please wear the needed safety equipment 
such as:  bike helmets and skate pads.   Remember, Physical Activity is Everywhere You Go!
