Easy Instructions

Cut about an inch off a swimming pool noodle

Cut the noodle in a circle or square

Place in the tip of a low-temperature hot glue gun in the top

Place a small amount of hot glue in the noodle

Place 2-4 feathers in the top

Individual Activities

1.  Strike one time with the dominant hand.

2.  Strike one time with the non-dominant hand.

3.  Strike one time with the dominant hand and catch with non-dominant hand.

4.  Strike one time with the dominant hand and catch with the dominant hand.

5.  Strike one time with the non-dominant hand and catch with dominant hand.

6.  Strike one time with the non-dominant hand and catch with the non-dominant hand.

7.  Strike back and forth one time

8.  Try the activites listed above and increase the number of times you strike the birdie.

9.  Try the hand birdie activities sitting down.

10. Try the hand birdie activities with one foot in place.
