Regular Exercise?

I have the Responsibility to take care of My Body!

I need to make the Time and take the Time to Exercise!

I will set some Realistic goals for Myself!

I will Forgive and Forget when I have simple set backs!

I will give Myself the time to Improve on My exercise program!
