              Park farther from the building

              Take a walk with students at recess

              Take a 5 minute stretch break with students 2 x’s per day

After Work

              Walk your students out to the bus or car riding line

              Walk for 5 minutes before returning to your classroom

              Exercise for 30 minutes, then finish plans for tomorrow

At Home

              Stop at track or a park and walk before you get home

              Ask a friend to meet you at your workout center

              Try different types of physical activity

              Cut back on calorie consumption

              Increase physical activity slowly

              Make regular physical activity a part of your life
