Have you ever had a little red light appear on the dashboard of your car while you
driving? Well, they tell me that is a warning light. It's something you should not
ignore. You have a choice of what to do.
You can:
1. Stop your car.
2. Stop your car and find the instruction manual.
3. Take your car to a mechanic.
3. Do nothing and keep driving.
Your body is similiar in that it also has a warning system. You body could be telling
you that there is a problem. Over the years I have had people tell me:
1. It was just a little headache.
2. It was digestion.
3. It was just a little problem.
4. It went away after I sat down for a while.
5. I am too young for that.
6. I will call my Dr. the next time.
When your body is giving you a WARNING SIGNAL do not ignore it. Your body is
trying to tell you something. You have a choice. You can:
1. Stop
2. Stop and have the problem checked out.
3. Get a Dr.'s appointment.
4. Do nothing and hope it gets better.
Option #4 is not a very good choice.
You only have one body. Take care of it. It will last you much longer.
