This is the Time of the Year!

The time of the year:

1.  To try a different exercise routine-

2.  To get back on your exercise routine-

3.  To ask someone to exercise with you-

4.  To enter a 5K Run/Walk (3.1 Miles) and invite some friends out for lunch afterwards-

5.  To take a walk on the Beach-

6.  To take a bike ride-

7.  To get a stretch band and workout-

8.  To take a walk with your students after lunch-

9.  To take a walk with your students at recess-

10. To take all your faculty and staff for a walking faculty meeting! (Try one and watch what happens!)
