No Carbs and No Trans Fat
That’s right! Regular Exercise has No Carbs and No Trans Fat. You can do as much as you want and
still not get any added calories. You can loose weight, tone muscle and reduce stress. Physical Activity
is nature's sedative.
Regular Exercise should be:
Fun
Something You look forward to
Something that you can do at low cost
Stop putting it off. The weather is finally getting better. No more excuses!
Try these challenges:
Put your exercise clothes in the car and exercise after work.
Put your exercise clothes in the car and stop by the first track you see on the way home.
Put your exercise clothes in the car and stop by the first park you see on the way home.
Put your exercise clothes in the car and stop by your gym that you have a membership at.
At least 99% of the people that read this should have a place to exercise at work, at a park, at a track or a membership at a local fitness or workout center.
