Energizers!

What type of physical activity does it take for you to get energized?  The weather

is wonderful!  It is time to get back outside and find your "Energizer".  An energizer

for me last week included a kayaking trip in Central Florida with a large school of

manatees!  What a trip, in more ways than one.  That was a big energizer. 

 

Why Not?

Ride a bike on a nice afternoon?
Take a walk on a nice afternoon?
Take a kayak ride on a nice afternoon?
Take better care of yourself on a nice afternoon?

Most people think that Saturday and Sunday are the only two days to exercise regularly.  Remember,

there are five other days of the week. The National Geographic Adventure magazine has a little saying

on the front cover of their magazine. 

Dream It.  Plan It.  Do It.

Take the time now to make some exercise memories-and put some E-N-E-R-G-I-Z-E-R-S in your life!
