Keep Up the Pace!


You have goals for your career and your family. Why not have some goals for you
taking care of yourself. Goals are something to reach for in the future. Many people
think because they happen to miss a day or two of exercising they have failed. Not true.
Pick it back up and continue. You might consider trying something different.
Try:
1. Walking or hiking
2. Walking and jogging
3. Walking faster for a short distance
4. Walking with some friends after work once a week
5. Walking instead of watching TV
6. Walking on the beach
7. Walking at a park
8. Walking at soccer practice
9. Walking the kids
10. Walking with your students at school (You will be surprised what they will tell you and
the outdoors is the world's largest science book)
We store many "things" in our lives but you cannot store physical fitness.
