It's the Weather!

For some people it's just another excuse not to exercise.  For some people the weather is a

challenge.  For some people it's the opportunity to change their exercise routine.  So when

the weather presents a challenge think about the following possibilities.

1.  Walk the halls at work.

2.  Try an exercise video.

3.  Find a heated pool.

4.  Walk the malls then go shopping.

5.  Try some yoga.

6.  Tape you favorite exercise program.

7.  Use a stretch band.

8.  Find a friend to exercise with.

9.  Use some light free weights.

10.When you just cannot stand it any longer bundle up and go outside.
