Tips for Living Well!

Welcome back from Christmas and the New Year's holidays.  I hope you had some rest, relaxation and time with your family. 

Here are a few Tips for Living Well that you might consider for 2007.

 

1.  Take Care of Your Body with Exercise: 45 minutes, at least three times a week!

2.  Encourage a Friend with a Hug!

3.  Smile Often and Share Your Feelings.

4.  Learn Something New Everyday!

5.  Stand Up for What You Believe and Hold Tight to Your Values!

 

Think about them.

Try them.

Share them with others.
